Are all staff qualified?

All staff are qualified in their respective fields of expertise. Specifically, all physiotherapists are members of the Health Professions Council and are registered by all leading Health Insurers
Are you registered with major health insurers?

Yes, all physiotherapy staff are recognised by Westfield, BUPA, AXA PPP and other major health insurance schemes. If we are not currently registered with your insurer, we guarantee that our qualifications allow registration and this will not impede your claim
How can I pay?

We accept payment by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. If you have health insurance we can in most cases invoice your company directly providing you have proof of your claim being generated.
Is there a cancellation fee?

If you fail to attend or cancel on the day of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment.
